Returns & Exchange Policy

At Aria Sara The Collection, your satisfaction is our priority. If, for any reason, you are not completely happy with your purchase, you can return or exchange your item(s) under the following conditions:

1. Returns Policy

1.1 Condition of Merchandise:
To qualify for a return, items must be in their original condition, meaning they are unworn, unwashed, unstained, and free of any fragrances. All original tags must remain attached, and the item must be returned in its original packaging.

1.2 Time Frame:
Return requests must be initiated within 7 days of the original delivery date. Requests outside this period will not be accepted.

1.3 Common Reasons for Returns:
We understand that every purchase is personal. Some common reasons for returns include:

Item doesn’t fit as expected

Item appears different from the images on our website

A change of mind after receiving the product

Whatever the reason, we strive to make your return process smooth and simple.

1.4 Exclusions:
Items marked as "warehouse sale" or other sale products cannot be returned or exchanged. Additionally, any items that have been altered or customized are not eligible for a refund.

2. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

2.1 Contact Us:
Visit our website, scroll to the bottom, and under Quick Links, select Returns and Exchanges. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete your request.

2.2 Prepare Your Package:
Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including all tags, accessories, and documentation. Include a copy of the original shipping label for reference.

2.3 Shipping:
Upon approval of your return request, arrange and pay for the return shipping with a courier of your choice.

3. Processing Returns

3.1 Inspection:
Upon receipt, our team will inspect the item to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria. If it does not, we will notify you, and the item will be returned with no refund issued.

3.2 Refund:
Approved returns will be refunded within 7-10 business days to the original payment method or a nominated bank account. Note that any customer-incurred shipping costs are non-refundable.

3.3 Notification:
You will receive an email or SMS notification, based on your preferred contact method, once your return has been processed and your refund issued.

4. Exchanges

We offer exchanges if you wish to swap an item due to incorrect sizing or to try a different style. You may exchange for the same item in a different size or for a different item of equal or lesser value. If the exchanged item is of lesser value, the difference will be refunded. Please note, we will cover the return shipping cost only when you request an identical item in a different size. In these cases, a prepaid return satchel will be mailed to you, and you must use the provided satchel to complete the return. For all other exchanges, customers are responsible for return shipping, while we cover the cost of shipping the exchanged item to you.

5. Quality Assurance

At Aria Sara The Collection, we pride ourselves on maintaining high-quality standards. Each product undergoes thorough inspection before dispatch to ensure that it meets our expectations and yours.

6. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please reach out to our customer service team at admin@ariasarathecollection.com. Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and photos if applicable. We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund, with return shipping covered by us for faulty or incorrect items.
